Terms & Conditions
- As a Regus Group businessworld cardholder you will have the right to use all participating Regus Group centres worldwide during standard business working hours, subject to availability, the appropriate charges where applicable and our Local Terms and Conditions1. Gold membership entitles the member to unlimited use of Regus Group Business Lounges and Cafés worldwide.
- Duration and Payment: Businessworld gold memberships are valid for 12 months and are subject to an annual membership fee, where applicable. All billing periods shall run to the last calendar day of the month in which the membership would otherwise expire. For a period of less than a month, the membership fee will be applied on a daily basis. Memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of each term unless cancelled by the member or Regus Group by giving one month’s written notice for Gold membership. There is no residual value to any cancelled otherwise expired membership card.
- Use of all services and products is subject to availability. Payment for services used will be made locally by credit card on the day of use.
- Our local standard service agreement terms and conditions ("Local Terms and Conditions"1) will automatically apply to your use of any particular service and your use of the accommodation allocated to you on any one day is subject to your continued compliance with those terms and conditions. Your Agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state/country in which the business centre in question is located. We both accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such jurisdiction where the centre is located.
- If your Regus Group businessworld card is lost or stolen, a new card will be issued at our absolute discretion and you may incur a nominal fee.
- We reserve the right to alter or terminate the Regus Group businessworld program, or any account there under, at any time without notice.
